Hydra X Series:

The Hydra X series comes with a direct immersion system and having this system means you do not need to have any sort of transfer pumps with it. Not just that but it also does not need to have any air compressors or flexible siphon tubes.

This is the series that definitely increases your work efficiency when you are at the job site. It also comes with hydraulics that is limit sensing and they give you much better control as well as fluid sections that are interchangeable.

There is an auto lift system in this series that is able to lower the fluid section or raise it and that too with just a simple push of a button. When you need to work on the tough coatings, then it works even better.

Types of the Hydra X Series:

There are two different types of the Hydra X series that are the Hydra X 4540 and the other one is the Hydra X 7230. We will discuss them too.

Hydra X 4540:

This is the type that gives you a high production unit when you need to work on architectural coatings, epoxies, dry mud, or any elastomeric coatings.

You should specifically use this series if you are working on coatings like acrylic elastomeric, zinc coatings, asphalt, or commercial architectural coatings.

This will be perfect if you use it on these specific job types. This way it will definitely help you in working better. The maximum delivery of this sprayer is 4.0 GPM and the maximum tip size that you can use is about 0.067 inches. The cycles per gallon are 15 and the maximum operating pressure of this type is 4500 PSI.

Hydra X 7230: 

The second type of the Hydra X series is the Hydra X 7230 which gives you a pressure that is very powerful and it helps you in spraying all the materials that are otherwise hard to atomize for example the epoxies or the silicone.

Coming to the second part that is where you need to use it then you should specifically use this sprayer when you want to work on the silicone, elastomeric, or epoxies. It will perfectly work in such places.

The maximum delivery of this sprayer is 3.0 GPM and the maximum tip size that you can use is about 0.057 inches. The cycles per gallon are 23 and the maximum operating pressure of this type is7250 PSI.
