Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All
orders are processed by 12 pm eastern time and can take 1 or 2 business
days to ship and they deliver within 4-5 business days. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on weekends
(Only if you need Saturday delivery via UPS) or holidays.
If orders are less than $75, shipments may take 5-7bd to ship. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
International shipping
International shipping charge is calculated once parts are put on a box and weighted. you will receive a call or email with shipping options to choose from. once payment is done your order will be shipping to your address.
Cancellation/Refund
If
you need to cancel your order after it has shipped or because you
ordered the incorrect part, we will charge 30% restocking fee on the
item and you will cover the return shipping.
To receive a full refund, product must be discontinued or out of stock or if we cannot fulfil your order. We cannot REFUND an order after 30days of Delivery.
Return Policy

Please read our policies regarding returns and returnable items below to answer any questions you may have.
You may return any "unopened" parts or accessories purchased from alltitanparts.com within 30 days of delivery by calling our Customer Service department
- Call 1-713-931-0006 or email admin@alltitanparts.com, Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return address.
- Parts returned without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive credit.
- We will need the invoice or PO number of the order and the part number, quantity and reason for return.
- We will then email or fax the Returned Material Authorization along with the return address of where to send the return to.
- Alltitanparts.com will send a return USPS label or UPS label to retrieve the wrong items in some cases.
- You are responsible for making sure it is packaged good enough to ensure it arrives in re sellable condition.
- Credit will be issued back to the original payment method/ funding source within 3-5 business days of recieving your returned items.
- No Returns or Credit after 30 days from date of purchase.
- The turnaround time for this process can take 3-5 business days.
- No returns on ELECTRICAL PARTS which have been opened.
To return new, unopened product due to order error (Your mistake).
- Call 1-713-931-0006 or email admin@alltitanparts.com.com, Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return address.
- Parts returned without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive credit.
- We will need the invoice or PO number of the order and the part number, quantity and reason for return.
- We will then email or fax the Returned Material Authorization along with the return address of where to send the return to.
- You are responsible for return shipping as well as a tracking number and making sure it is packaged good enough to ensure it arrives in re-sellable condition.
- There will be a minimum of 25% restocking fee plus original shipping cost on all returns.
- Credit will be issued back to the original payment method/ funding source within 3-5 business days of recieving your returned items.
- No Returns or Credit after 30days from date of purchase.
- The turnaround time for this process can take 3-5 business days.
- No returns on ELECTRICAL PARTS which have been opened.
