Whenever we think of paint sprayers the first thing that comes to our mind is all titan parts. It is because we know they are the best in business when it comes to getting paint sprayers.

Out of all the sprayers by all titan parts, we are going to be talking about two of the sprayers from the Capsray series and we will know all the features that come with them.

The two sprayers that we are going to be talking about are Capspray 105 and Capspray 115. We will get to know everything about these two sprayers.

Capspray 105:

The first sprayer that we are going to be talking about is the Capspray 105 sprayer. whenever you are working on large projects you need something that is high in power and that surely comes with the Capspray 105 sprayer.

It is a 5-staged power sprayer which along with being high in power is extremely lightweight too which makes it very easy to use. It is also able to atomize solvent-based coatings along with thick latex coatings. With this sprayer, you also need not do any thinning. This is the perfect sprayer to be used when you think your workshop is filled with furniture and cabinets. 

Capspray 115:

The next sprayer that we are going to be talking about is the Capspray 115. This is the sprayer that comes with a 6 staged turbine system and it is known to be the only sprayer to achieve the full capability of HVLP. ‘

This sprayer is a combination of high air pressure along with an operation that is extremely quiet which surely saves you from all the fatigue that would have happened otherwise. This is the sprayer that is able to spray all the fine finish coatings with almost no reduction.

 Features of These Sprayers:

We will now get to know about the features of both these sprayers.

 Turbine:

The first thing that we are going to be mentioning is the turbines that come with both these sprayers. The Capspray 105 comes with the 5 staged turbines whereas the Capspray 115 comes with the 6-stage turbine. The 5-staged turbine is able to atomize the coatings without any thinning, whereas the 6-staged turbine has a two-speed switch. It also atomizes the coatings with no thinning.

 Sound Reduction Technology:

The next thing that we are going to discuss is something that you might not have seen anywhere else which is sound reduction technology.

What this technology does is basically reduce the decibels that come with it on the job site so that you do not have any hearing fatigue.

 Warning light:

These sprayers also come with a warning light for the dirty filter. Every time your filters are dirty it will switch the light on so you know about it. This in turn increases the life of the sprayer too.
