Usage:

The basic areas of application of this tool are thick layers of extremely viscid coating material for large zones and a high utilization of material. Examples of objects to be sprayed are:

  • Large-scale construction sites
  • cooling towers
  • bridges
  • sewage treatment plants and terraces

Airless process of the unit:

A piston pump takes in the coating substance by pressure and carries it to the tip. When it is pressed to its max level of 3300 PSI, the coating material is atomized. This high pressure is pressed through the tip and has the effect of micro fine atomization of the coating material. It is known as AIRLESS as no air is used in this process. This technique of spraying has many advantages of the finest atomization which includes cloudless operation and a smooth surface. Along with these, it also provides an advantage of the speedy work and is convenient to use. Do not ever use this tool to spray water or acid.

 

Functioning of the unit:

TITAN PowrBeast  4700 is a high-pressure spraying tool powered by either a gas engine or electric motor.

The gas engine or electric motor drives the hydraulic pump through a V-belt which is under the belt Cover. Hydraulic oil moves towards the hydraulic motor and then it causes the piston to move up and down in the material feed pump. The inlet valve opens automatically when the piston moves in the upward direction. The outlet valve will open automatically when the piston moves in the downward direction.

When the covering material takes off from the tip, it atomizes. The pressure control faucet controls the operating pressure and volume of the coating material.

Safety Hazards:

  • A high-pressure stream is produced by this tool and it can hurt the skin and fundamental tissues, prompting genuine damage and possible amputation.
