NEW PRODUCTS FOR FEBRUARY - POWRBEAST 4700T 120V / 4700 120V / 4700 GAS
The PowrBeast 4700T 120V, PowrBeast 4700 120V, and PowrBeast 4700 Gas sprayers are engineered to deliver high-performance output for demanding commercial and industrial painting jobs. Built with Titan’s advanced HydraDrive™ and durable fluid section design, these sprayers provide exceptional pressure stability, long-lasting performance, and efficient spraying of heavy and light materials.
At AllTitanParts, you can find complete replacement assemblies for every section of your PowrBeast 4700 unit, including the Fluid Section, Hydraulic Motor, High-Pressure Filter, Bleed Valve, Solenoid Assembly, and Accessories Parts. Each category includes detailed diagrams to help you identify and order the exact part needed for a smooth repair process.
Loss of pressure is commonly caused by worn packings, damaged piston components, or blockage in the Fluid Section Parts. Inspect the piston rod, seals, and valve areas. Replacing worn seals or rebuilding the fluid section usually restores full pressure.
This typically indicates a problem in the Suction or Bleed Valve Assembly. Air leaks, clogged valves, or damaged check balls prevent proper priming. Clean the valves and replace any worn O-rings or springs in the bleed valve or heavy-material bleed valve assembly.
The issue often lies in the Hydraulic Motor Parts (P/N 0537208A), such as worn seals, insufficient hydraulic fluid, or internal leakage. Overheating may also signal stress on the pump due to a blocked fluid section. Replace damaged motor components and ensure proper lubrication.
This usually means the Fluid Section Assembly has worn packings or a damaged cylinder. When packings fail, fluid bypasses the seals and exits through the pump drain. A fluid section rebuild kit resolves the issue and prevents further damage to the piston rod.
If the sprayer fails to switch between pressure modes, stalls intermittently, or doesn’t regulate flow correctly, the Solenoid Assembly Parts may be failing. Check wiring connections first; if the solenoid is not engaging or is stuck, replacement is required.
