E Repair Center DBA Alltitanparts.com guarantee that all orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) will process the same day and be submitted for shipping. E Repair Center is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carriers or manufacturer (factory).
PLEASE NOTE: Most Carriers like UPS, FEDEX and more do not count weekends as shipping days. For example, you place an order for "Next Day Air" on Friday before 12 PM CST, the expected delivery day will be Monday; as Saturdays and Sundays do not count.
Most orders ship via UPS or USPS. Orders must be returned in compliance with E Repair Center Return Policy.

Being a dropship company, we must comply with the manufactures shipping policy. According to our manufacturer, there is a minimum order that can be shipped. Any order less that the minimum order amount attracts a low order fee. If you need to avoid this fee, we must consolidate your order with others and ship out from our Houston Texas location or we pass the fee to you for expedited shipping; like Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. By not selecting the low order fee, you have accepted to have your order shipped from our location if in stock locally or when the item arrives from the manufacturer. We will still use the shipping method you selected unless instructed otherwise.
International Orders are accepted but sometimes we may need to requote or adjust our shipping cost. By this we mean that our shipping cost online may be adjusted during shipping as we get a lot of differences when we ship. Insurance and tracking are provided by Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS.
Buyers are responsible for any Duties, Fees, or Goods and Services/Import Taxes, assessed by their Country and/or Common Carrier (We do not collect any of these fees in advance.). Please confirm with your countries customs information prior to placing your order.
UPS and FedEx charge an international brokerage fee at the time of delivery. Please contact UPS or FedEx in your country to confirm all fees or charges prior to placing your order.
Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays. Once an order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. A shipped order cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy. You can contact us for details if need be.
In the case of delayed processing, customers have the option to cancel their order for full refund. Shipping company delay do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders by shipping company, please first contact the shipping carrier for the order or shipment status.
E Repair Center is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been shipped. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filling a claim with the shipping provider.
Orders from the factory cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. If you must ship to P.O. box, the other will ship from our Houston Texas Location. The TSA (Transport Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized item for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
