The air spray guns are basically used as the painting tool, which uses a compressed air from the point called nozzle from which the liquid is atomized in proper pattern. The nozzle of the spray works by properly impinging the turbulent air on the films of liquids or on the surface of the filaments that turns it into a proper liquid and also converts it into different sizes. There are two types of atomization processes one is internal the other one is external. The internal atomization is discussed above and the external atomization is a process in which the compressed air converts the liquid into proper size but it happens in the external nozzle.

Rx-80:

R-80 is also one of the main air spray guns. It works just as efficiently as other spray guns. The Rx-80 air spray gun comes with either two trigger fingers or with four trigger fingers. The air spray guns have different pressure that they are set at. The Rx-80 air spray guns’ pressure that it is rated at is 24.8 MPa. The pressure is one of the main points of the air spray guns because it has the capacity to either spray it equally and properly or ruin it altogether.

There are different parts of the Rx-80 air spray guns. Some of them are a longer life packing kit, a comfort grip, a built in filter removal tool, one touch trigger lock and a reversible tip.

 The way the air spray gun is designed gives it a longer life. It is made according to the demand of a user. The gun is provided with the good quality stuff that makes its life longer.

 The air spray gun is made with a comfort grip. It has a proper place to hold it so that it can provide a good quality spread of paint and is equally disturbed to all parts.

Onboard Tools:

It is provided with different tools that are very comfortable and easy to use on your job. It is made according to the comfort and use of the person. It is also made with safety tools for the ease.

Tips Of The Air Spray Gun:

 There are different tips that are used for the air spray guns. The tips for my Rx-80 that are used also come in different ranges. It is usually between 1 to 2mm in size. These tips provide efficient and clean coating. The size of the tips also depends on what place it is being used. If you are using it for a small coating then you can use a tip of 1-2mm similarly if you are using it for larger place then the size of the tips also needs to be increased.
